It all started with a Bowl...
In late 2019 three pals stepped into Creative HQ’s Accelerator Programme with a bold idea: What if we could ditch takeaway waste forever? Sarah, Marine, and Bobby were armed with passion and an innovative reusable packaging concept was born - Reusabowl!
The mission was bold: design a sleek, reusable bowl from sustainable materials (hello, rice husk) and launch a deposit-return system that let customers “borrow a bowl” from their favourite eateries. With $200k raised from angel investors and a carefully crafted product, Reusabowl made its debut. And it worked! For a while…
Like any great journey, challenges arose. Convenience trumped sustainability, single-use plastics were absurdly cheap, and public perception needed to shift. It was time to regroup.
Enter Greg Low, a legal professional turned operations expert, who joined Bobby as co-CEO, bringing fresh perspectives and razor-sharp execution. Together, they expanded into the B2B space, helping offices eliminate over 1.5 million single-use containers within 18 months. But the quest for a sustainable model led to an unexpected aha! moment at a catered event:

Fussy’s journey has been one of adaptation, growth, and a commitment to making office catering easier, more inclusive, and delicious. In 2024, the story came full circle when Tereska Lepionka-Carroll, Fussy’s very first customer, joined as General Manager, bringing her lifetime of food and professional coordination expertise to the team.
